01 / THE PRACTICE BEGINS WITH PEOPLE
身Connect the body心Settle the mind意Move with purposeA lifelong practice. An open invitation.

01 / The practice

Less force.
More awareness.

Tai Chi brings attention to the way you stand, shift, and move. The beginning is simple: slow down enough to notice.

01

A grounded foundation

Explore posture, balance, and weight transfer. Develop a sense of where your body is and how it moves.

02

Connected movement

Bring individual movements together with intention. Practice coordination without rushing the process.

03

Depth through repetition

Return to the fundamentals. A familiar movement can reveal something new each time you practice.

Curious beginners and returning practitioners are welcome to register interest.
